DEBT RECOVERY - LITHUANIA
12 month secondment
Our client is a leading global outsourced customer relationship management & credit management service provider with the largest geographic footprint in Europe. In the very near future it will be the largest organisation in the UK Outsourced Services Collections Market with further plans to become the UK's Number One Litigation specialist in this area by the end of 2008.
A new operation in Kaunas, Lithuania has been established and we have been asked to find an experienced UK Credit Manager to be based in Lithuania as the UK CMS Business Manager for near-shore collections activity.
Your skills and experience will include:
- effective leadership with Commercial and/or Operational responsibility in a Senior Credit Management Role including Client Relations and/or Sales contact experience
- an excellent understanding of CMS best practice and markets
- a clear & concise understanding of all appropriate legislative procedures & boundaries including (but not limited to) the Consumer Credit Act (CCA) & the Data Protection Act (DPA)
The company is offering a highly competitive salary in the region of £60,000 with additional benefits including relocation assistance.
