An interesting role where you will manage and progress a caseload of mortgage repossession sales files to completion using the firm’s dedicated management system. You will consequently have lots of client liaison activity and a tactful approach to ‘getting things done’.
You’ll already have a good understanding of conveyancing documents, including freehold and leasehold title checking and be able to draft simple deeds. Naturally you will be happy to assimilate the demands of a major firm and its obligations to clients. Further training will be provided as appropriate.

CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT
An attractive opportunity in a well know specialist firm in Bradford where you will join the repossession sales department in an interesting and wide ranging role managing files from opening to conclusion. You will naturally be in contact with all parties to the process including clients, agents, colleagues, firms of solicitors and even auctioneers.
Your own experience will include having worked in a repossession sales/conveyancing environment where you will have gained some knowledge of conveyancing and you’ll now be ready to play a bigger part in the process.

LEGAL DEBT RECOVERY
A significant opening in a Leeds firm within a extensive established business. You’ll have hands-on involvement with the collections process including regular contact with courts, colleagues and debtors to ensure that judgement is obtained and enforced as appropriate in order to achieve satisfaction as efficiently as possible.
You’ll have a sound background in a professional collections environment preferably with a knowledge of the legal process. Further training will ensure your expertise in Attachment of earnings orders and Warrants of execution, in short, enforcement procedures to achieve a high level of legitimate recovery for our clients. You will clearly have an eye for detail, good organisational skills and tactful determination.
Salary for negotiation but indicated in the range £15,000 to £20,000
